  Clean Velvet Curtains in 5 Steps:

  3. Remove stubborn stains with cleaning fluid. Mix a solution of cleaning fluid and warm water. Dip a clean cloth in the soapy mixture and apply it to the stain. Rub gently until the stain disappears.
