Shipping

2. The delivery time for the order is divided into two parts:
(1) Order processing time:
Approximately 3-5 working days . It is the time that elapses between when the customer places the order and when we process the order for the delivery service. Generally, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays. Our warehouse only operates Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
(2) Delivery time:
Approximately 7-14 working days . The daily cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM ( PST ). After the cut-off time, we do not process orders received on the same day. Usually the delivery time is only 10-19 working days. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. Our products are shipped via UPS, USPS and FedEx.
3. Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email.
If your order has just been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the updated tracking information.
If your order is already in transit and has not been updated for several days, it will usually be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station (may need 3-7 business days). Please wait patiently.
If you are still in doubt about the shipment of your order, please send an email to our customer support. We help to check the status of your package.

4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Once the package is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at contact@lassola.com or online chatbot within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. Delivery time exceeded
Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at contact@lassola.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the situation with the transport company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
6. Cancellation of order
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are dispatched. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure.
For orders that are already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel these orders.
7. About Tax
There will be no further charges once you have placed your order. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, duties or fees charged by your country of destination. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service at contact@lassola.com with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you.
If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
8. Missing goods
We apologize if an order gets stuck in customs, is returned, or even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at contact@lassola.com to ask if you would like either a refund or a replacement for your order.
