We currently operate solely as an online e-commerce business. Simply place an order and we will deliver your orders directly to your home.
What is your warranty? I never shop online before.

How can I find the latest products on the site?
You can select NEW to find the latest products. For other kinds of items, you can just target the items you prefer and the page will present you with many choices.
Do you want to restock the items that are out of stock?
Sorry for the inconvenience. If the item is "out of stock", we suggest you check the page within two weeks if it is restocked. Nevertheless, if it is not in stock within a few weeks, it will be removed from our web.
Order
Is there a limit or minimum on how much I can buy?
Absolutely no limits. You can order as much as you want - any number of items at any price at any time.
Can I change the size/color/shipping address after I've paid?
Yes you can. This includes changing the sizes or color of an item, removing an item and changing your delivery address. Please contact our customer service team by email. Please note that we can help you change your order BEFORE shipping. Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. If you have not received the shipping notification, you can contact our customer service by email. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders that have been shipped. Therefore, wait for your package to arrive and you can either keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third party logistics.
Why is my order still not shipped?
Usually it takes about 3-5 working days to prepare your order, as a perfect product requires a reasonable preparation period. You can be sure that once your order is complete, we will arrange for shipping immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you do not receive the confirmation email before the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email including the tracking number. That's how practical it is! So just sit back, relax until you get your orders ready!

How do you get and use a coupon?
Hello, if you are new to our site, you can also leave your email in the pop-up window so that you can get a newbie discount coupon on your first order and subsequent offers will be sent to your email address and you can get a discount on your order by entering the coupon code at checkout. If you don't like it, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Why doesn't my coupon code apply?
First, make sure your coupon code has already been added. Also, make sure the coupon code hasn't expired.

Is it safe to order at Las Sola?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer credit and debit cards and many local payments in different countries. For detailed information on payment method, please see Payment method. We are in the process of adding more payment options later for your convenience.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Sorry, we currently do not support COD.
My payment is not going through!
If you're having trouble paying, we have some tips that will usually work: I couldn't pay with my credit or debit card?
1. Make sure all information is correct, including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.
2. Make sure you have sufficient credit or account balance.
3. Check if your card's authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.
4. Try refreshing the page, or log out completely and then log in again.
5. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order again.
6. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. As standard in all credit card banks, as part of their security, they block international transactions/payments. Unless the cardholder requests to unblock their secured method.
7. Try using a different card.
Shipping & Delivery
What countries or regions do you ship to?
We can deliver to Denmark , but some remote areas may not be able to deliver.
How can I know the expected delivery date?
Delivery time: 3-5 working days. It is the time that elapses between the customer placing the order and the seller delivering the order to the delivery service.
Transit time: 7-14 business days. It is the time between when the seller hands over the order to the carrier until it is delivered to the customer's address.
Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, rather than the date of the order, and may take longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.
Do I have to pay extra tax on my order during delivery?
There will be no further charges once you have placed your order. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, duties or fees charged by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, you must first pay the tax and then contact our customer service with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you.
If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
Why was my order shipped separately?
Since our warehouses are located in different locations, we prioritize shipping from the highest stocked warehouse, so some products can be shipped separately.
Why was my package status not updated for several days?
If your order has just been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the updated tracking information. If your order is already in transit and has no update for several days, it will usually be updated until the package reaches the next shipping station (may need 3-7 business days). Please wait patiently. Thanks. If you are still in doubt about the shipment of your order, please send an email to our customer support. We help to check the status of your package.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Normally, the confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to order with us. If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email may be in your spam folder.
Please check it again or check your spam/promotions/updates and junk folders. You can log into your Las Sola account and click the "My Orders" button to view your orders.

You can unsubscribe directly at the bottom of the received newsletter email. If it doesn't work, just contact us and our customer service will help you unsubscribe within 24 hours.
Return & Refund
How do I return or exchange an item?

What should I do if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?
If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us before returning anything so that we can process the return for you and provide you with information about the return. When you email us, please include a description of the item, item code and a few pictures to prove your issues.
How long will it take for my refund or exchange?
It can take approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order when we receive your return. It may take approximately 5-10 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
If you paid with Apple Pay, we will process a refund to your Apple Pay account originally used to place and pay for the order when we receive your return. It may take approximately 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
We are truly sorry if we made a mistake with your refund! Please contact our customer service and we will try to fix it for you as soon as possible.
